Meet Elle Emond

Elle Emond is the founder of LV Rejuvenation Aesthetics, a certified and insured PMU Artist, Paramedical Provider, and 3x Certified Master Technician. In 2025, she accepted the title of Las Vegas Official Ambassador Trainer for Magnetic Tattoo Removal.

Compassionate bedside manner is at the heart of Elle’s practice. She creates a clean, comforting clinic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported—from their first questions through treatment planning and follow-up. Careful sanitation, thoughtful education, and attention to each person’s experience guide her work.

From 2010–2021, Elle built her career in professional cosmetic artistry. In 2022, she transitioned into cosmetic tattooing, specializing in permanent makeup and scalp micropigmentation.

Recognizing the need for thoughtful unwanted-ink removal, Elle mastered Magnetic Tattoo Removal for the face, body, and scalp in 2023 and accepted an educational role alongside Grand Master Linda Paradis.

In 2024, continued education expanded her practice into advanced paramedical services, including scar camouflage and inkless stretch mark rejuvenation, followed later by advanced hair restoration. Her appointment as Las Vegas Official Ambassador Trainer in 2025 brought her artistry, removal experience, and commitment to education together.

Now calling Las Vegas home, Elle brings skilled hands and a kind heart to LVRA. She believes that meaningful change can begin with removing unwanted pigment—and that every client deserves clear guidance, realistic expectations, and considerate care.
